Carvest, a joint subsidiary of 11 Regional Banks of the Crédit Agricole Group in the eastern quarter of France, supports regional companies in implementing development capital and transmission capital operations. As a minority investor, we are responsible and involved, serving as a long-term partner. Currently managing €300 million spread across nearly 150 regional investments, our team of 30 employees operates from offices in Lyon, Reims, Dijon, Orléans, and Strasbourg. We engage in privileged discussions with shareholder managers, focusing on defining strategic objectives and the implementation of necessary financial and human resources. Our interventions prioritize medium-term support projects aimed at promoting a common heritage alongside managers, emphasizing the sustainability of companies and jobs in the regions over financial cycles influenced by external factors.

Blue Horizon is accelerating the global transition to a Sustainable Food System. We invest holistically in the Sustainable Food System, with an end-to-end approach that extends beyond alternative proteins, starting with better crop practices right through to sustainable packaging and smarter distribution. Pléiade Venture is a French Venture Capital Company. We invest over the long term, without a predetermined exit horizon, supporting innovative companies in all sectors excluding biotech. With more than €100 million in assets, we invest €0.5 to €3 million per transaction. Pléiade Venture also engages in secondary investments by acquiring stakes or portfolios from institutional investors.
