Anthemis Female Innovators Lab Fund (FIL), anchored by Barclays and backed by Aviva, we are dedicated to investing in and cultivating entrepreneurial talent among women in the financial services ecosystem. FIL supports businesses led by female founders by providing them with human, intellectual, and financial resources. Our support includes guidance in areas such as product development, operations, hiring, and marketing, facilitated by a network of advisors and experts from Anthemis, Barclays, Aviva, Visa, BMO, and other strategic investors.
